Professor Lawrence Pfaff received his Masters and Doctorate from the Counseling Psychology Department at Western Michigan University and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since.

He spent 18 years of his career in full-time University teaching (psychology/counseling), along with a part-time private practice. He also served on the Michigan Board of Counseling for ten years, two of those as the chair. He additionally authored five assessment tests that are sold by large online testing companies (which he'd be happy to tell you more about).
