Target Audience: This is a presentation for doctors (and other healthcare workers) who find themselves toxic workplace environments and are seeking individual solutions. I discuss pathways to arrive at a root cause analysis of what is driving discontent and disenfranchisement, and then off alternatives, both within and outside of clinical practice for migration.
