“The Power of 1 + 1” typically is my keynote speech designed to empower individual and collective action to disrupt the status quo in healthcare and beyond. Change agents have learned to use Our Quadruple Aim as a guide; finding solutions that benefit the majority of stakeholders are possible.

The keynote is interactive, full of humor, stories, and energy: intended to create positive ripples of change.

This iteration of “The Power of 1 + 1” will be morphed to target wellness, resilience, and more for physicians, etc. The following are just some of the learning objectives. Key themes will be extracted from “Ripple of Change” and encourage positive disruption, collaboration, and well-being.
