Jessica Nazzaro, DO (moderator) an employed obgyn with Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital. She practices general obstetrics and gynecology in a rural setting where she's been since completing residency in 2020. She has a particular interest in midlife care for women as well as the gap in education for obgyn trainees on the midlife transition. She strongly believes in offering patients good and complete information and with that they can make their best choices. Her blog centers on the incredible amount of choices we make in our lives and healthcare and helping women navigate this decision-making.


Alyssa Sickle, MD, FACOG is now two years out of OBGYN residency. She is focused on cultivating a sustainable lifestyle that balances her dedication to family with her commitment to providing compassionate care for women across all stages of life.<br><br>

Adam Rosen, DO is an orthopedic surgeon with a focus on knee replacement surgery and treatment of arthritis. He is the author of “The Knee Book – A Guide to the Aging Knee.” He is the host of the “Your Knee Your Health” Podcast designed for patients and the “Total Knee Tips and Pearls” podcast designed for residents and fellows. Dr. Rosen also creates educational orthopedic content for patients on his YouTube channel ‘Dr. Adam Rosen.’ He is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher certified through Dharma Moon and Tibet House US and has been practicing meditation for ten years. He has a strong desire to promote physician wellness to combat the growing burn-out and moral injury crisis affecting healthcare workers worldwide.

Bryce Bowers, DO is a Family Medicine Physician. He attended the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. Thereafter, he began his military career and intern year as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. Returning home to Michigan to finish Residency after serving his military commitment, he discovered a passion for physician wellness and burnout and now writes in his blog, “Badge of Burnout”, aiming to help normalize and understand the unique mental health struggles physicians face.
