Before I was a coach for neurodiverse physicians I was a health care executive. I transitioned to a nonclinical career in 2013 and have never looked back. It has truly been my “golden ticket”. I love what I do although my job functions have changed I still choose this job over any other one every day. I often coach physicians looking to transition to a nonclinical career. My key take away is the change in careers should be the move towards something, no running away.
