Dr. Diana Londoño, moderator </b>, is a Board-Certified Urologist and one of the 10% of urologists in the US who are women and the 0.5% who are Latinx and women. She is originally from Mexico City and attended Claremont McKenna College for her undergraduate studies and UCLA for medical school. She finished a six-year residency in Urology at Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles.
She has experienced burnout twice, which led her to write and speak about it to raise awareness and help others. She has published multiple articles in Medscape, Doximity, Kevin MD, Men’s Health, Giddy.com, medmic.com, and others. She is also a contributing author to the books “Thriving After Burnout” and “Medic S.O.S.”
Her burnout journey led her to become a certified life coach and founder of Physician Coach Support.com. In 2022, she received the Los Angeles County Medical Association Physician Leadership Award for her work.
She is an international speaker and guest on multiple podcasts discussing wellness, boundaries, ego, humanity in medicine, mindset, and mindfulness. She has also been featured on TV on Univision, Telemundo, Mundo Fox, CNN Latino, KCET, and ABC News as a health consultant discussing urological topics.
She is also a Reiki Master and a Pranic Healer and the mother of two determined and joyful 6 and 9-year-old girls, Daniela and Paloma.

<b>Dr. Meena Julapalli </b>is triple board-certified in pediatrics, dermatology, and pediatric dermatology. After 7 years in academics as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Pediatrics at the University of Texas – Austin and the University of Colorado, she opened up her own direct care pediatric dermatology practice, Bluebird Dermatology, in Houston, Texas. Dr. Julapalli is passionate about providing comprehensive, integrative, and personalized care that acknowledges and supports more than just the physical aspects of her patients’ skin conditions but also their unique social and emotional needs as well. She believes that by fostering sacred relationships of love, trust, and mutual respect and creating an environment and community whereby children and families affected by skin disease feel seen, heard, understood, valued, and supported, they are empowered, transformed, and healed in profound and life-changing ways.

<b>Christina Dewey, MD</b> is a pediatrician, a mom, a believer in science/evidence based medicine, and a passionate advocate for physicians, patients, children, vaccines, and our profession of medicine.

<b>Alejandro Badia, MD, FACS</b> is a hand and upper extremity surgeon at Badia Hand to Shoulder Center in Doral, Florida and Founder of OrthoNOW® Immediate Orthopedic Care Centers. I studied physiology at Cornell University and obtained my medical degree at NYU, also training there and Bellevue Hospital in orthopedic surgery. A hand fellowship at Alleghany General Hospital in Pittsburgh was followed by an AO trauma fellowship in Freiburg, Germany.

<b>Dr. John Lin </b>is passionate about helping physicians succeed in the business of medicine so that one day they can pay it forward as well. He is a solo practice founder in 2006 who has consistently greatly exceeded productivity metrics. He practices Lean principles of efficiency, and honors the time of his patients. He despises dogma, is never satisfied with the status quo, and consequently found ways to make his practice and his other businesses extremely profitable.
