Sonia K. Narang is an architect of change - real change for people, for business and for good. Sonia has 20+ years of experience Organization Effectiveness, learning and development and executive coaching in global organizations. For the past ten years Sonia has been consulting to a broad range of clients such as Microsoft, Estee Lauder, NBC Universal, Planned Parenthood, UCLA Health, Scrubs and Heels, Stanford Medical, Red Bull and Meta. Topics include culture and change management, learning and development, executive coaching and inclusion & diversity. Prior to starting her own practice, Sonia served as an internal Organization Development Consultant for Sony Pictures Entertainment, ABC Media Networks, The Walt Disney Company (EMEA) and American Express. Sonia is a graduate of the University of Southern California and has a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Teacher’s College, Columbia University. Sonia was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2013. Sonia is passionate about the patient experience and coaching physicians.
