Shifra Zuckerman is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity from the University of Southern California. With over five years of hands-on experience, including a 1,000-hour internship, she has honed her skills in diverse clinical settings such as The Juilliard School, the School of American Ballet, and the Jewish Home Family Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care Facility.


As the founder of Healthspan Nutrition with Shifra, she offers an integrative and functional approach to nutrition, tailoring her techniques to each individual’s unique needs. Shifra addresses the root causes of health challenges to support long-term wellness, focusing on the prevention and management of conditions like diabetes, fertility challenges, weight management, prenatal nutrition, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, cancer, renal and cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, malnutrition, obesity, gut health, and more.
