Nicole Aaronson, MD, MBA, CPE, FACS, FAAP: Attending surgeon and accredited Epic Physician Builder with an MBA degree focusing on healthcare management and leadership dedicated to improving the efficiency, cost, and quality of the health care delivery system. Associate professor passionate about mentoring and teaching medical students, residents, and fellows and dedicated to improving patient education and communication. Founded and developed Pediatric Otolaryngology Prep, the first online question bank dedicated to the subspecialty of complex pediatric otolaryngology. Published Porcupine Hugs, a children’s book about friendship and acceptance.

Ashley Saucier, MD is double board certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine. She also has a master’s in healthcare administration and a drive toward improving the business of healthcare in an effort to combat physician burnout. Her true passion is educating parents (and children) on all topics related to pediatric health in an effort to be proactive, rather that reactive in the face of illness or injury.

Olivia Ong FFPMANZCA, FAFRM (RACP) is a dual trained pain management and rehabilitation medicine physician and an expert in resilience & burnout. As a leadership mentor & mindset coach, she runs programs helping doctors transform their lives from burnout to breakthrough. Her authentic & warm approach has made her a sought-after speaker and online educator. After a severe car accident in 2008, she was told that she would never walk or practice again. As a paraplegic, her dreams were shattered. After an intensive 3-year recovery process, she walked again. Today she shares her experience with others.
